Italian ceramic pitcher, from the second half of the 20th century.
A tall, elegant, silhouette with an exaggerated spout gives this piece a sculptural feel. It is light in weight — adding to it's elegant and delicate character.
There is sgraffito detailing etched down the handle and banded concentrically around the middle — exposing a contrasting lilac toned blue beneath the brick red glaze.
In excellent vintage condition.
