Hand-thrown with an accentuated stem opening out to a wide circular top, creating a defined silhouette. Finished in a smooth off-white mottled glaze, with subtle dark flecks.
Ben Oldenhof trained under Jan Van Der Vaart, one of The Netherlands most celebrated ceramicists, known for his unusual and striking forms — whose influence can be seen in Oldenhof’s work.
