Ceramic vase with an angular form, by self-taught Welsh ceramicist Julian King-Salter.
Handcrafted using a combination of pinching and coiling techniques, King-Salter works intuitively ‘designing and making simultaneously’, allowing for unique forms to emerge from the process.

This vase has a flattened profile and a vibrant textural glaze of turquoise, blue and subtle green tones, applied in layers creating a painterly finish.
Impressed JKS and dated to the base.
In excellent vintage condition.
