A large spherical ceramic vase (1980) by Austrian artist and ceramicist Hedwig Wagner.
Hand built in a rich red clay with a contrasting key pattern around the circumference. This piece has a wonderful scale and substantial weight to it.
In good vintage condition with general wear consistent with its age. There has been some sensitive professional restoration to base, which is near indistinguishable. It has a lovelypatina including some areas of surface discolouration.
